Questions About
Getting in Touch
What players and press ask before they write to us: bug reports, review keys and the projects we don't take on.
See all FAQsHow do I report a bug in one of your games?
Choose Player support on the Blueferal contact form, or email sales@blueferal.com, and tell us which game and platform you play on, what happened and what you expected instead. The steps that make the bug happen again, plus a screenshot or a short video, help the crew reproduce it and fix it. The same goes for lost saves or problems with a store version of one of our games.
How can press or content creators request a key?
Journalists, streamers and YouTubers can ask Blueferal for review or preview keys by choosing Press & creators on the contact form, or by emailing sales@blueferal.com with Press in the subject line. Say which game you would like to cover, where your coverage will appear and any deadline. You can also ask for logos, character art or an interview with the crew.
Do you accept game pitches or work-for-hire projects?
No. Blueferal Studio makes only its own games, such as Sudoku Master, so we don’t take on work-for-hire, outsourcing or co-development, and we don’t take pitches for games from outside the studio. If you would like to talk about one of our own games, for example for a platform, an event or licensing, choose Business & platforms on the contact form.
What happens when I send the contact form?
Sending the Blueferal contact form opens your own email app with your answers already written into a new message to sales@blueferal.com. You check it and press send, so nothing is stored on this website and no account is needed. If no email app opens, copy the message from the confirmation screen and email it from any inbox you like.
