What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email us, for example about a project or to ask for press materials, we receive whatever you include.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on steps you asked us to take before a contract when you contact us about a project, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in replying to you and running a secure website. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that help us run the site:
- our email provider
- our website hosting provider
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site; your browser connects to Google's servers to load them, which shares your IP address with Google
These providers may process data outside your country, including outside India and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Emails: as long as we are talking, and up to 24 months afterwards
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to stop or limit how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email privacy@blueferal.com; we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority, or in India to the Data Protection Board of India. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact privacy@blueferal.com and we will delete them.
