    Games of our own

Sudoku Master is out now, on Android and iOS. Every game we make is designed, built and run by our own crew.

Our Mission & Vision

What Drives Blueferal Studio?

Our mission

We make games players keep coming back to: lovable characters, satisfying play and the tech behind them.

Our vision

To be the studio players trust to turn a spark of an idea into a game they remember for years.

Our Core Values

What Does Blueferal Stand For?

Three values shape every decision we make, from the first prototype to the last patch.

Players first

We judge a feature by how it plays, not by how it reads in a design document. Short, frequent playtests keep that judgement honest.

  • Game feel
  • Playtests

Craft over crunch

We plan every milestone for quality, not overtime, and the crew has logged 0 crunch weeks. Rested makers spot problems sooner and make better calls.

  • 0 crunch weeks

Ship, learn, repeat

A playable build every two-week sprint means ideas get tested in players’ hands, not argued over in slide decks.

Creative & Development Team

Meet the Six Disciplines Behind Every Game

Our creative team (design, art, animation and audio) and development team (engineering and QA) work side by side, so ideas reach a playable build without getting lost in hand-offs. Pick a discipline to meet it.

Creative team

Game Design

Designers shape the mechanics, levels and systems. They start with grey-box prototypes (quick test levels built from plain shapes) that prove the fun before any final art is made.

Leadership & Management

How Is Blueferal Studio Run?

Each of the six disciplines has a lead who owns its quality bar, and every game moves forward one playable build at a time.

  • A lead for every discipline

Design, engineering, art, animation, audio and QA each have a lead who owns the quality bar for that craft and keeps it consistent across every game we make.

  • Everyone plays the build

Leads review each sprint by playing its build, and the whole crew can too, so design, art, audio and code problems surface while they are still cheap to fix.

  • Milestones without crunch

Leads plan each milestone around normal working hours, not overtime. That is how the crew has kept to 0 crunch weeks.

Development Philosophy

How Does Blueferal Approach Game Development?

We find the fun first, then build on what already plays well. Six habits shape every game we make, from the first prototype to the updates after launch.

Find the fun first

A 2–4 week concept stage shapes the idea, then a 4–8 week prototype builds a playable slice that proves the fun before full production begins.

  • Concept
  • Prototype

Play it every sprint

Production runs in tight two-week sprints with a playable build at the end of each, so nobody has to guess how it is going.

  • Two-week sprints

Grey-box before polish

Levels start as grey boxes, simple blocks with no final art, so layouts can change cheaply until they play well.

  • Grey-boxing

Performance is a feature

Performance is checked as the game grows, not left for the end, so a game runs smoothly on the devices players actually use.

  • Performance
  • Device testing

Players in the loop

Short, frequent playtests with real players shape a game long before launch day, and settle debates faster than any meeting.

  • Playtests

Launch is only the start

Release day is a beginning, not a finish line: what players tell us after launch shapes what we do next.

  • Player feedback
Work Culture & Environment

What Is It Like to Work at Blueferal?

Working at Blueferal means remote-first days, sustainable schedules and a playable game at the end of every sprint.

Remote-first, 12 countries

Our crew works remote-first from 12 countries, with our headquarters in Rajkot, India.

Sustainable hours

Craft over crunch is a schedule, not a slogan: milestones are planned around normal working hours instead of late nights and forced overtime.

Six crafts, one crew

Designers, engineers, artists, animators, audio and QA specialists share a build every sprint, so feedback flows between crafts instead of waiting for hand-offs.

Honest by default

We share progress milestone by milestone, bumps included, so problems surface early instead of at a review. Feedback is about the build, never the person.

The right tech for each game

Each game is built with the technology that suits it: Sudoku Master as a native app, for Android and iOS.

Made to play offline

Sudoku Master plays offline, so a game is ready whenever players are, with no connection needed.

One art pipeline

Art moves through one shared pipeline, from the first concept sketch to finished assets that land in the game ready to test.

Ready for the stores

Our games ship to Android and iOS. QA takes each build through store submission, the checks app stores run before release.
